About the project
The 40-storey tower is designed in a modern style by the Revuelta architectural bureau. The building has a strict laconic form and smoothed corners of the facade. The complex’s collection includes 448 residences, among which you can choose a cozy studio or a 1-2 bedroom condominium. The modern interiors are created by the well-known studio Shim Projects. Residences feature built-in wardrobes, floor-to-ceiling windows with custom window treatment, balconies, and custom kitchens with built-in Smeg appliances. Residents can soak up views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
